I am a therapist with over 15 years of experience working in the mental health sector for the UK National Health Service (NHS). I have a long experience of a therapy In English. I am very familiar with therapeutic models and have been offering individual therapy and group psychoeducational workshops based on the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model for years. My field of expertise is the treatment of symptoms of stress, anxiety disorders and depression, especially perinatal depression.
I completed a 5-year long master’s degree in psychology in 2006 (Poland) and postgraduate studies in cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques in 2009 (University College London, UK). Since then I completed additional counseling skills courses and further training in CBT interventions to expand my knowledge and clinical skills.
Currently I offer virtual sessions only.
